Incredible Tampa bay living pool waterfront docks
March 21st, 20102 Days trip plan from Melbourne to 12 Apostles with 2 kids ,rental car?
August 3rd, 2010I am planning to have 2 days travel to Great Ocean Road from Melbourne by rental car,
Take the following factors into consideration:
1> with 2 kids ( 4yrs and 6 yrs old)
2> I am not OZ resident, and not familiar with OZ’s road, etc
Can anybody help me look my plan is reasonable?
Day 1:
1>leave from Melbourne city at 8:30AM, toward to Geelong, Stop at Bells Beach for sightsee the beach at 10:00AM
2>Towards to Apollo Bay, have a lunch around 13:30PM, and another 1 hour walk around
3>Towards to The Twelve Apostles, Reach there at 15:00PM, Sightsee about 1-2 hours, included see London Bridge
4>Back to Apollo Bay and stay there overnight, maybe stay at Port Campbell is better option
Day2:
1>Morning 9:00AM, go to Great Otway Nation Park, Triplet Falls for waterfalls., visit the Otway Fly Tree Top Walk. may walk around 3 hours.
2>After Lunch, head to Melbourne
around the road, is easy to top up the fuel?
Your timelines are pretty good, but I would suggest that you would be better off staying at the main towns on the G.O.R instead of going to Bells Beach. Just be careful going towards Geelong, there is a new by-pass road that is not very well sign posted, it would be best to go through Geelong instead of the bypass, it may take a bit longer but is a better route to get to Torquay.
When you do get onto the G.O.R. remember to keep to the left, many overseas tourist have had accidents by driving on the wrong side of the road, and there are warning signs to that effect. Also, keep to the advisory speed limits for all the curves, you may find the locals will tailgate you and abuse you if you do, but they are more familiar with the road, and still get into trouble, so just try and let them pass when you can.
Port Campbell is a great place to stay.
If you can. get a local map from the RACV, it will show you even more highlights to see.
Could I and should I sell my townhome?
August 3rd, 2010I have lived in it for one year now. My husband and I are barely making ends meet, and going into credit card debt. We dont use credit cards anymore, but we owe some on them. Im trying to get a job, but I want to work in the real estate feild and this job I found pays a base salary after 90 days. So, thats three months of no income from me…which I already dont make any income. Im a full time student now.
Anyway, I live in Tampa, and my townhome was brand new when I moved in. Do you think I can even sell it, and how long do you think it takes to sell?
Well, the job is as a mortgage loan officer, so its mostly commission. I might be able to work something out with them to give me at least a little to start off with…who knows?
If you set the price low enough, you can always sell your townhouse. The market is horrible, but not having a huge mortgage might be the right answer while you get established.
I don’t understand how a company can avoid paying you for 90 days if it is a salary position. That sounds illegal if not very fishy, I would be very cautious of such a situation. Please be careful!

Help! I think my girlfriend is cheating on me!?
July 30th, 2010We have been seeing each other for 3 months. We dated briefly, the she says she is not interested in a relationship at this time, then last night says we are just friends.. But oddly enough the more she says these things the more passionate are relationship is. The more we have sex. She cares about me I can tell. She says I make her miserable. She is always jealous of me and if I have girlfriends and wants to know why i am so secretive with her. She told me last week that she met a guy who wants to move in with her as a roommate. She needed a roommate for a long time.. His name is steve. BUT THEY ARE JUST FRIENDS. She has many guy friends and she owns her own real estate business. She had asked me last month to move in with her to help her out. But i couldnt because I already own my own condo and have too many bills. She told me that steve offers her emotional support and finanical support. He is not an attractive guy but could be if he got new teeth. He has bad teeth she says.. She told me it was bad timing between us. I said to her are u dumping me?? She said no silly! I said to her "why are you doing all these things with steve like cooking him dinner, goign to a relgious movie with him, and buying hi a bowflex machine with his own money??" She told me she is his financial planner. She feels sorry for him. I think she is using him. He gives her money, writes her poetry, and says he wants to marry her. But its nothing sexual she says. She hasnt even kissed him! Im thinking what is she doing to make him fall in love with her? He happens to be a christian guy.
So i dont know what to think? I am miserable! Do I trust her? She tells me she has only been with me this year. I have asked her a million questions about him and it sounds platonic. But i always say to her..its not a matter of how..but when you guys actually start to have sex! I want him out of her life. She told me he supports her in ways that I cannot. Such as emotionally and financially. She craves passion with me though. We defintely have great lovemaking but im starting to get jealous. I noticed that I stalking her now. I go to her house to see what she is up to and if any other cars in her driveway. I noticed last night her car was gone until 3am! I wonder if she is sleeping with him or just out partying? I texted her at midnight and said I was in tampa…she texted me back quickly and ask what is is tampa? I didnt respond. So maybe she isnt with him. I never acted this jealous before…I am crazy about her and i feel some guy is stealing her from me. She always wants to communicate with me and we talk but we always end up fighting because she is crazy! She twists everything i say. How can she share herself with a guy who supports her financially and emtionally and with me passionately? She also gets jealous when im with other girls. She says if you sleep with another girl we are done! We see each other twice a week.
We still hang out and have passionate sex. But i dont know what to think. Shes got me screwed up. One of these nights I may lose my cool and go over to her house. Not cool. But its effecting me! What do i do? How do i handle this so my emotions dont get the best of me? I am playing it cool with her. I did snap at her a few days ago and said if you want to marry steve go right ahead! She said that they are just friends, but I dont buy it.
Today i texted her and said. "Hope you enjoy church today. I want to be with you but I am trying to give you your space." She texts me back and says "Whatever! you are so secretive? "It sounds like your upset with me and i dont mean to be secretive with you, just being honest."
How am I doing so far? Was that a cool text? Am i being cool with her? I dont want to lose her. I know if i get agitated or angry she will dump me. I have to play it cool to win her back to me. Jealousy will kill my chances. What do you guys think? Any suggestions or advice to keep her in love with me? Any answers would be helpful.. Serious answers only please..
She is playing you. You need to get out of this relationship, if what you choose to call it. Frankly I see it as she is a friend with benefits. Not a girlfriend. she wants attention from different guys, period. If you are so jealous you feel prone to violence, & stalking you could be heading for Disaster. You need to get rid of her, before you do something you will live to regret. This sounds Like you are in a most unhealthy situation.
Be smart & let her go. you can find someone who you can trust, & will not play with your mind, & emotions. Without trust, It won’t work anyway, & life is to short to waste in an unproductive relationship. Yours with her is nothing except a sexual one. She has Told you so herself, by telling you ,that you do not give the emotional, or financial support she needs.
