If you are asking if you can buy this property for $1000, most likely not. There is however a property listed on Greenview (pool home) for $190,000 short sale. The information about foreclosures online can sometimes be misleading and to get the detailed information you have to pay a fee. If there were homes for $1000 there would be a line a mile long with buyers.
Banks typically list the homes they foreclose on with Realtors who put them on the market. Many will collect offers for a week or two, then go back and ask everyone to put in their “highest and best”. In many cases these homes sell for over list. I would suggest you work with a Realtor who knows the area (and values). They can help you find a great deal on a home you can actually buy. And don’t overlook a brand new home with full warranties!
