There is NO such thing as a legitimate at home stuffing and mailing job. These are all scams that ask you to pay upfront but there is NO job and you never hear from them again

If a company can pay any mailing house $10 to have a machine stuff, label and stamp 1000 envelopes in just 10 minutes, why would they ever hire a person to do the same thing when it would take them a week to stuff those same 1000 envelopes?

Is it a good place to raise children? I looked up the schools in that zip code under greatschools.net and they rated excellent. My first choice would be elmont, ny the parkhurst section practically my whole family lives there my mom, sisters, my brother, my nieces, and nephews, all 8 of them. I have 2 boys, 2 and 6, and the 6 yr old really misses his cousins. the schools are excellent on elmont, ny also. The bad side is elmont, ny and the whole of long island, real estate is sooo expensive.
New Tampa has beautiful homes, which are very inexpensive, but its so far away from family. WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE? We currently live in Las vegas, NV
judge…I am a New Yorker, born and raised I moved to Las Vegas only 5 years ago. New York is sooo overrated. Trafiic is horrible, its dirty, its like sardines in a sardine can, the streets are so narrow, driving is just awful.

I think you should choose NY for even putting Tampa Bay in the same sentence with NY…Oh and the reason you think Real Estate in Tampa Bay is so reasonable is because everything in New York is so extremely overrated and over priced… Stay in New York… We have enough of them here already….

My father is the god of the sea, Poseidon and I was sat on the beach by the sea with a few of my demigod friends from camp half blood, well were talking about the gods and we came to Apollo, we were just saying he looks cute with his sandy blonde hair and blue eyes and when I got back under the sea to my father’s palace he looked at my arms and they were red raw with sun burn.

If another sales person sells a property that you listed, you in turn receive half.
This applies even on properties that are listed by a competitive Broker.
